I emailed the reservation centre after renewing my son's season ticket and buying a ticket for the Juventus game. This season he was under 16 but will now have to pay full price
no you won't mate they do an Under 21's ticket which is half price

I emailed the reservation centre after renewing my son's season ticket and buying a ticket for the Juventus game. This season he was under 16 but will now have to pay full price. The reservation centre emailed me back after five attempts by me to say that they are unable to upgrade any tickets until May 6th. I am going to log in tomorrow to have another go.

I give up mate, had a kid season ticket for 1st game then upgraded to adult season ticket for the rest of the season, (long story shitty families) on new ticket office it shows my new seat in the OS as a kid seat, been on them for 2 weeks, several emails, no response, so next is tweet to DG!!!!
